Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As each product is custom made, your item must be damaged/cracked in order to be considered for a refund. Also, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@alteregopets.ai. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-refundable items
- Alter Ego Pets is not responsible for misspelled orders. Please ensure that you double-check your design before you check out.
- Alter Ego Pets is not responsible for low-quality images being produced due to low-resolution uploads. We recommend uploading 10 - 15 high-quality images to get the best result.
Refunds
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, we ask that you contact us at support@alteregopets.ai. Please email through your order number, a photo of your plaque and ensure your request does not conflict within our non-refundable item policy.
